Interior water leak onto drivers side floor board on 2011 gmc sierra slt 4x4.
1992 chev s10 water on drivers side floor.
For some reason thier is water accumalating on the driver side floor board.
The second pic is that drain for the vent below the windshield driver s side.
It s like a plastic valve or something.
I reached under the door and felt the plug or whatever it is water started pouring out.
Meanwhile drill a couple of small holes in the floor so the water can drain out.
So i got ambitious today and decided to tackle my water leak which was causing my drivers side carpet to be a puddle of water.
It might be due to the ac leaking in.
Check under your driver side door.
The sealer on the body seams dries up too.

I ve had it happen on other trucks on the passenger side due to the heater core what would cause it on the drivers side.
If you are experiencing water on the passenger side floor of your car or truck and if it s not antifreeze 99 of the time it is a simple fix.
Chevy is one of the esaies makes to replace the heat core in.
It sound like you have a bad heater core when they go bad that s want they do leak water out on the passengers side floor board.
They rust out and water enters there.

The water flows along the seam between the firewall and the sidewall.
Unlike the op there was no build up of water anywhere and everything seemed to be dry.
If you would look under the passengres side dash board you will see a black plastic box that s where the heater core is located at there s around 5 or 6 bolts that holds it into place the upper part of.

After taking the cowl and fender off and checking everywhere for water build up i couldn t find where the water was coming in.
There is a drain to let the water out of the door when it rains.
